EWE has initially acquired a 40 percent stake inBorkum 2 phase 2 from full owner Trianel, with the option to acquire more nextyear, news service windpoweroffshore.com reported.
This leaves Trianel with a 60 percent stake in thesecond part of Borkum 2.
